it is affecting my daughter she is 9 , my job is here so moving is a last resort....people talk about what happened , they are a powerful family that I went up against , they are also her family, I went to the police after he beat me this time....he says I rear ended him thats why he beat me, yet in court he said I got into his truck and backed it into my car, and these people cant do the math that he is lying , he told 2 different stories.....its so fustrating to keep trying to prove Im not a nut case, it is affecting my daughters life also, people wont let their kids come over cause Im so crazy....I am the kind of person who takes responsibility for what I do, I really didnt do anything to deserve almost being killed, they even put his name in the paper with capital letters, before he even was found guilty,,,I know I should just look the other way but can someone please explain to me how people can be so stupid to believe him....he went to jail for 9 months for what he did to me.....

There are many things that can cause damage to your baby's soul and this type of crap is one of them.Think of her and take the high road and look elsewhere for a home and job.You may think that proving a point is a top priority in your life but rethink this.The town you are in sounds much like the one I used to live in and they were nothing but inbred slack jawed yokels who felt that being known to support the big shots in town made them better some how. You claim to take responsibility for what you do so since you have a nine year old waiting for you to take responsibility for her happiness .....move.This country is a big place and I'm sure a job in your field is open some where , where people have more self respect and consideration for the truth.

Wow, if this is true it's really time for the last resort. Move, there are many wonderful places to live in the world, and that Jackass lives in none of them. Pack up your stuff, get all the cash you have, grab your little girl and go - don't wait, leave tomorrow morning. No matter who you are, you deserve better.
