What are some cities in the U.S. that are close to canadian border crossings, and how close are they in traveling distance?

I realize an atlas would be helpful. However, I was more interested in traveling time as affected by the presence of direct bridges, etc.
For example, I live in Detroit and it takes me 10 minutes to get to Windsor. I got tired of Mapquesting various cities because on the map I cannot tell were the crossings are. My problem is that I must work in the U.S. and live in Canada. I was looking for a variety of options.

Vancouver and Seattle are a few hours apart. Traffic can get congested between the two.
Detriot and Windsor you already know.

Buffalo is directly across from Fort Erie, Ont.
two cities of Niagara Falls face each other (NY and Ont).
both of those are usually easy crossings.

There's a ferry from Toronto to Rochester, NY.

Montreal is an hour from Plattsburgh, NY and about 1.5 from Burlington, VT. Yuo could shave a half-hour or so by living in small-town Quebec.

There's a ferry from lower Ontario to Ohio (Sandusky, I think), which isn't too far from Toledo.

Sarnia, Ont, is a quick crossing to Port Huton, MI... from there, Flint and the northern Detroit suburbs aren't far.

So, you're going to be moving to Canada and working in the U.S.? What information are you looking for, what's important to you? Is it the route, the "best" province in which to live, the "best" state to find employment in your field?

Some other Michigan crossings, as you may know, are Port Huron & the U.P.

How about Niagara Falls?
