What do you do in your day to day lives that helps you on your Christian walk?

For me, the following is what helps.
Being a christian doesnt mean we are perfect. It means Christ like. We have a standard to follow. Christ loved those who hated him, And died for all. When My walk with christ seems like nothings adding up. i Pray, and remind myself that the bible tells me "i can do all things through christ".
And then i Go to GOD.
"Lord i know your word tells me i can do all things. Right now though, I need my walk with you improved. Lord show me how to walk upright, Help me learn to controll my mouth. and may i reflect you in my life"

I make sure I read my Bible daily, or almost daily. I'm just about done with the New Testament on this run-through. It's been very helpful. In my heart, I sing praise songs to God when I'm in quiet areas. (I only sing in my heart because my voice isn't much to listen to! This morning in church, one lady told my friend how nice it was to hear her singing; then she turned to me and said how nice it was to see me there. Oh, well.) Of course, I pray a lot. That helps the most. I often get to talk with other Christians who need help or just support and a listening ear, though that doesn't happen every day. I work with a Christian drama ministry, so we have devotions daily at work. That's nice. I guess I really don't do much actively and outwardly about outreach on a daily basis.
I try to remember to pray "the dangerous prayer" a friend taught me a few years ago:
"Lord, please use this day to make me into more of what You would have me to be, regardless of the pain or struggles, joys or triumphs that may bring. Amen."

Try and live out Ephesians 4:29 and not let any unholesome talk come out of my mouth. And Rejoice in the Lord always.
