I accidently pressed pressed some keys on my keyboard and my toolbars have dissapeared. How do i get them back

Right click in the tool bar area. The list of toolbars should drop down. Click the ones you want to show.

Pressing F11 toggles to full screen when using the internet.. you might try pressing that and see if they come back.

Go to: View --->Toolbar ----> Choose Option(s) to check
