I was sentenced in December. It's now almost April.

I went to jail with intentions on serving my time for a DUI and DWR. 7 Days.

They have been full the past 3 times I attempted to serve my time.

Ya think the judge will waive this charge ????

:)

No, but you should attempt to put yourself on calender to maybe speak with the judge about this. Perhaps he may waive the jail time, but not the charge. I would strongly recommend you try to obtain some kind of proof you showed up and they turned you away..just in case the judge thinks you simply decided not to go to jail-CYA!!!

The charge will not be waived nice try though. What they do in the county where I live is when the jail gets full they start shipping them off to another county.

I don't think so. The prison's are so full and that is why the counties have no room for you. People need to be moving by Department of Corrections of your state. It's all a revolving door.

Your footwear are confiscate and you're given affordable sandals. The uniforms appeared 3 sizes too massive and unquestionably embarrassing

Yes, have you spoken to your attorney? have you told the judge? He won't waive the charge, but can give you another sentence, such as community service...

you might want to see about doing your time at another city Jail
(some people have done that) -instead of the county lockup
(some have even paid to do this)
