If i desire i specific shape would i have to order from the refinery, or could i just melt it down and reshape?

Tungsten carbide can not be melted down and reshaped, it has to be formed in a mold from a powdered form. This a a very costly and time consuming process designed for lage runs of several pieces. It would not be economically feasable for the forming of one piece.
