Please i need your help! Can you give me an example of a compound machine containing a screw and one containing a pulley? They can not be a bike, stapler, drill, wheelbarrow, or can opener.

Screw:
o The small screw Jack for lifting your car and changing your tyres
o Rack and Pinion steering for car

Pulley:
o Curtain opening/closing assembly
o Block and tackle at the mechanic's shop for lifting the engine

An engine lathe or a swiss screw machine lathe would be an appropriate answer for this question

I know that a Screw itself is a compund machine, because it is considered a inclined plane (or two) wrapped around a wheel and axle...
