i have tried so mant things and nothing has worked for me. i still have bad acne and nothing seems to help. i would really like to get some confidence back by finding something that makes my skin healthier.

plus i am trying to find good ways that won't irritate my skin over the counter and if anyone knows a good dermatologist that won't cost a fortune to go to then please give me their information. thank you.

drink lots of water and avoid fried stuff. Wash your face atleast three times a day with a face wash. Avoid soaps.

I don't know which country you're from, so I can't suggest any stores. But you can search for an acne cream with the ingredient 'benzol peroxide'.
The first step to reducing acne is getting rid of facial oil.

Nutragina may help but possibly not for oily sensitive skin. If it were me, I would go to a dermatologist-they have a lot of training in all kinds of skin conditions and are reliable whereas you don't know what over the counter treatments may do.

I know you are looking for a treatment of some sort, I don't know of any, but I recommend Ivory soap, I've used it all my life, and rarely ever had acne, and my husband, who did have acne started using it, and doesnt have breakouts anymore. And whenever I've used other soaps of any kind, they end up giving me zits after a few washings, so I always go back to ivory. hope that helps at all...

What made my acne, black heads, and white heads disapear was Nutragina. It works like magic trust me.

you need to balance out your skin. try eating better. less oily food. drink more water.
