Im not sure whats going on, but I have a chihuaha and she is about 9yrs old...well the past 2 days when I go outside to play with her in the yard, she'll be running around and then just face plant into the ground motionless, staring off into space...then after a minute she'll try to come to and get up and shes really shaky and wobbling around so I have to carry her inside...Im pretty worried, she sounds like shes having a hard time breathing too lately...so maybe she has a cold and isnt getting enough air then maybe getting lightheaded running around???

Bring her to the vet asap. This could be numerous problems including chemical imbalances, etc. These are dangerous!

You need to get your dog into the doctor. Sounds like to me she is having seizers. She could have heartworms also. My 14 year old chihuaha, ended up having a stroke. And it sounds very much like the same thing.

he should be fine now -see if you can repair the fence so it does not happen again my dog fainted in the vets a few months ago (he got himself so worked up about going) I found it alarming but the vet said he was ok

Your dog needs to go to the vet ASAP. DO NOT let her get worked up before then. Call the emergency vet, ask them if she needs to come in right now, and follow their advice. DO NOT wait for the advice of more strangers. CALL THEM NOW.

I think you should take her to the vet...she may be developing some sort of neurological disorder.

He probably has narcolepsy, they suffer from falling asleep without warning, it's usually harmless, but they could injure themselves. Let a vet check him out to make sure.
