as a verb it means "hace", but as an auxiliary in questions, it doesn't have a translation.

You should put a phrase or at least a context so we can answer more accurate.

It depends on how you use it; if it's a verb, the meaning is HACE, but if you have does as an auxiliary, it is not translated in Spanish.
