how do i get well mentally besides exercising.

Sounds simple but eating properly along with the exercise is one of the first steps. If I don't eat properly I feel down.

Sort out what's important & what's not. Sort out what you can change & what you can't. Spend less time thinking about things & more time doing things. Doesn't have to cost a lot if anything. Find enjoyment in the simple things. A walk or a sit in the park.

I think people have distorted views of happiness. They want the highs all the time. Life is more up & down than that. The trick is not to worry about the downs because they won't last (unless you want them to). Normal is going along on an even keel with a bit of up & down, not like a roller coaster ride.

talking dosent help
crying get nowhere
yelling dosent get heard
siliance only works for some
running away always to be found
hiding from it all makes it bigger

I have found no mental wellness....... :....(
