I have this friend, actually he's my best friend and he's a guy. He's name is David and he is just great! He sometimes is kind of mean to me and I feel embarassed and sad. We've talked about our inner feelings for each other and I've discovered that I really like him. But, im not sure if he likes me in the way I like him. I cry on the phone when we talk about how we feel when we fight. But, what does this mean? Do I love him or am I just obssesed? I want to know if he cares for me in the way I do for him. How can you tell, in his eyes, the look he gives you when you're talking? How!?!?

Simply stop talking to him everyday have something to do other than talk to him all the time. Start to have secrets sometimes men take us for granted when we dont leave any mystery to unfold. Get a life for yourself and stop crying to him about what he is not doing or understanding. You give him the big head and his ego is way too big for you to be trying to fall for him at this point...Why? You may ask? Because he is not yet clear what is going on from the full transformation process from friend to girlfriend he may be confussed and pissed that he will be loosing a friend and does not know how to handle it thus he comes off as treating you bad and abrassive. Sometimes we as women and girls have to leave guys alone for them to figure it out. Dont talk to him for Three weeks wait til he calls you and be busy stay on the phone only a few minutes and make up an excuss to get off the phone and if he wants to know whats wrong or starts being funky and mean let him know you "simply dont have time to be direspected and remind him that you two are suppose to be friends and that you I dont like or appreciate fussing and arguing with someone thats suppose to be your friend. Let him know that life is short and you will miss him, if this keeps up and go on and tell him that maybe he needs a break to see, if you are worth lossing and nicely say goodbye...Watch what happens! No crying no calling no texting, shut up and get busy and quiet! My mother use to always say that men have to be MADE to respect you. Call him on his crap and be willing to walk away. Stand up for yourself show maturity guys like that! If he does not call back or respond like you are hoping then you have your answer...Move on.

You've got it bad. The first two or three months post-relationship are the worst. Don't be the jerk who tries to break a girl up with her boyfriend. You seem to know better than that. Be her friend. Make her laugh and smile. At some point, the opportunity will present itself and you will be able to go for it. In the mean time, just hold yourself together. Things get easier. Maybe just say," I have some big feelings for you and I just wondering if we are taking our friendship too far. Do you have feelings for me?" I'll bet he'll replie some thing I hope this really helps or you should write him a card that says that if you are really that shy.

You should just tell him that you like him. If you don't tell him it will only hurt you even more. I honestly can't tell if he likes you or not from the information you gave me. So guys like to tease girls that they like.
