I have read recipes calling for milk. It will not make any difference. Add a little more ketchup - and you'll be fine.

If you really wanted to use the milk, you could probably use a little canned milk but then you'd have to throw out the rest of the can... so just don't worry about the milk.

Make it without the milk. Add a bit more ketchup and substitute water to make up the remaining liquid. Have any left-over mashed potatoes? Someone on Martha Stewart the other day used leftover mashed potatoes. Just a glob or two.

Next time try adding a can of vegetable soup and an egg and some bread pieces.
(NOT the ready to serve kind of soup) No water or milk. It is Awesome

You can use a little water or some beef broth. I don't always use milk in my meatloaf. It will be fine.

I have never and will never added milk to my meatloaf.
I make a mix of burger and sausage, add an egg, some breadcrumbs, various seasonings, ketchup, Worcester sauce.
I've never even heard of mixing milk in with it and can't figure out why in the world you would
