im 17, and was never kissed...so I met this guy who liked me and selfishly let him kiss me a lot, and now we live 2 hours and a half away and he emails me all the time and everything else possible...and I feel incredibly stupid, so in some ways you could say I deserve to be constantly reminded of the stupid mistake I made...but I don't feel anything for him and I never did and I don't want to hurt him, but if we remain friends, would that not only hurt him more, and I don't thing he really cares about me all that much, but I just want a break from the mistake I made yesterday...please tell me what I should do, please, tell me I'm stupid, tell me I'm a terrible person, but please tell how I can let him down with out hurting him

He must like you some, if as you say he emails you and calls you a lot. If you do not like him, this is not stupid. It is just expressing your feelings. Best to just say good bye then to respond to his emails and STRING him along.
Glad you finally got kissed after 17 years, that was not stupid letting the boy kiss you. We all could use more kiss and huggs.
Get over him so you can move on to a guy you will really enjoy.

First, No you are not a terrible person. Second, you shouldn't have let him kiss you if you didn't like him. I don't know what you were thinking by giving someone you do not like be your first kiss. But that is in the past. Just be honest with the guy. Tell him that you are not interested, plain and simple. He will stop emailing you and will contact you no longer. If you do not want to say it to him, email it to him.....you will feel less guilty. In the next few years you are going to realize how silly this whole ordeal is. You will have bigger problems in the future and you are going to hurt peoples feelings.....so don't get worked up about this.

In my opinion the best way to handle this is to be honest and tell him out right with out being harsh. The worst thing you could do would be to lead him on.
A mistake is a mistake and a kiss doesn't mean you love them in a romantic way.

You aren't stupid. You were just a little desperate. Just tell him the truth about how you feel. If he really likes you, he will be hurt but the longer you wait the more hurt he will get.

there's no way to let him down without hurting him. It's your life, and you dont' want to spend a lot of it with this guy, so just make up for your mistake and tell him you want him to stop emailing you or whatever he does.

Tell him you really enjoyed kissing him (if you did) but you'd like to be friends only because of the distance. If it's because tehre just isn't any chemistry just say so. You have to kiss a lot of toads before you find Prince Charming! I'm sure you'll kiss a lot of boys before it's over so don't sweat it.

Your not stupid, its not yo fault u don feel the same but it was wrong to let him kiss you and all that when you dont feel the same. Just talk to him and tell him straight up u don feel the same but u do wanna be his friend and u don wanna lose him, its not as hard as it may seem. Even if he doesnt wanna be your friend anymore life will go on.

You're not stupid and you're not a terrible person. One way is just by telling him strsight up. Say that you don't have feelings for him anymore and that you would still like to remain friends.But say it in a nice way that he will understand. Don't get mad at him and start yelling. Just tell him gently.

idk but your not a terrible person it's a mistake. And your human if you make mistakes! You can always say your just want to stay friends but that hurts more! If you just act like your friends and Don't kiss him any more then he might get the hint that you two are over!

I just got dumped by someone. If you still want to be friends with him, then email him every once in a while. If not, then dont email him. The person who dumped me still talks to me and we still hang out, and I dont feel bad at all. He wont feel bad if you dump him. If he is 17, im sure he got dumped plenty of times in his life. Just say to him something like, Im sorry i just dont want to go out with you, can we still be friends. Even if you dont want to it is the polite thing to say.
