Partial dentures have nothing to do with replacing receding tissues. Partials replace lost teeth. Tissue grafts replace lost soft tissue. Can you be more specific on the question?

I had a gum graft on my front lower teeth and it was a breeze. I didn't feel a thing and I am usually a sissy with stuff like that.
