from one who has grafts - go the graft route. Nothing like your own teeth (I also have full upper implant)

Partial dentures have nothing to do with replacing receding tissues. Partials replace lost teeth. Tissue grafts replace lost soft tissue. Can you be more specific on the question?

I had a gum graft on my front lower teeth and it was a breeze. I didn't feel a thing and I am usually a sissy with stuff like that.
