Not normal for me, but I've been told countless times that I bottle my emotions up....followed promptly by being told it's not healthy. So perhaps showing emotions is more healthy? I'd still recommend doing something you like doing for a while to try and shake the depression.

Not normal.... you need to see your Doc. and tell him about it... there are some light anti-depressants that you could try. They take a few days to get into your system and work, but they are helpful. Have there been some bad things happen in your life lately? Is there any explanation at all? Do you go to church and believe in God... maybe start saying a prayer every night... pray for others first!!! Good luck to you... hope you feel better soon.

It sounds like you maybe under alot of stress along with or related to the depresion. Journaling your feelings may help.
Also it may be beneficial to go to a therapist to work through some of the issues that are troubling you.

What all is going on in your life? What kinds of things are you thinking about? If everything is good and there really is no reaso for your tears you should talk to somebody who can help you--psychologist, doctor, good friend. Good luck.

depression is something that a lot of people fall into, I'm a preacher and i suffer from depression, my health is bad and i understand how you feel,,,, try praying to God to give you peace when you feeling so down and depressed. I have been doing that and it,s helped me a lot. God knows our sorrows and he loves us to ask him for help in our time . try earnest honest praying and i will assure you that God will help you and give you something to be happy about, what causes depression is sadness, lost of interest in things and thinking negative thoughts, have faith and try thinking of positive things again and see what wonderful things God will send your way.. it is my prayer to God in the name of Jesus Christ that the depression will be gone ,,consider it done, bye for now Stanley McQueen

I feel you sweetie this world is f***ed up. You're probably just more sensitive than most. Talk to your doctor. Eating salad and exercising everyday can help alot.
