Why would your best friend even go out with a boy if she didn't like him in the first place?
You can't force your friend to like a boy, she just has to like him naturally.
Maybe give him a few tips about things she likes, or give him some romantic ideas. And if he does things romantic then maybe your friend will start to like him.

If she does not like him, then she does not like him that is all there is to it. You can not make someone like another person. All you will end up doing is pushing your friend away cause you can not be happy for what she wants.
