Yorkies, Bichon Frise, Jack Russells, Rat Terriers, Maltese, Chihuahua, Shih Tzus, Min Pin, Toy or miniature poodles, lots of other terriers. Theres lots and lots of small dogs that stay small!

I own a mini rat terrier
she looks kind of like a Chihuahua
I think she looks like alittle deer
she is white with tanish brown markings and has pretty big ears for her size
she is three yrs.old and weighs only 5 lbs.
she is a very well behaved dog,she listens to me always, I would recommend this breed any day
there is one thing you might want to know about a dog that is small.... you have to have a place inside (or a litter box) ( I believe in the news paper on one spot in your home that is good for you)cause in the winter they are like small babies . The wind sucks the air right out of them and could stop their breathing.....just when it's really cold though. She goes to the bathroom outside on a regular bases during the summer fall and spring!

Chihuahua's between 4 to 6 pound the standerd ones some get a little bit bigger then that. My two are 4 and 5 pounds.
Yorkie is also one that stays small
A shih Tzu does to.

Papillon. I have one but no matter what the store tells me I think she may be teacup. She is about 5 pounds and they are supposed to be 8 to 12 I think but Bella is so darn cute. She is that little and she is also 1yr and 4 mos. old so i really don't for see her getting any bigger.

ther are mini dachsunds ,fox terriers,basset hounds and yorkies are all breeds that stay small ther r more at dogs.com and also they have a pet match program that can tell u wut kind of dog is right for you
