The weather here is VERY unpredictable, so it's best to bring some summer clothing and some winter/autumn clothing, but not too much.
Bring a few sweaters and polo-neck tops just to be sure and an umbrella.
The cold is more a problem than the rain in that time of year.
The highest temperature we had here last year was about 31C [87F] and that was only for a day or two, so it's best to stick with warm weather clothes and bring a few heavier items just in case.
There are obviously a lot of clothes shops here but you'd be better buying clothes in england because i think they cost less there than in Ireland.
Before you go it will be best to check out the weather predictions just to be sure http://www.met.ie/ is a good site to start
I think you will need a converter, but i am not sure.
I'm pretty sure you can buy them here in boots chemist, every large town should have one but i remember seeing some converters in there a week ago.
Have fun =)

Pack for rain. Ireland and England can be damp. I hear it rains a lot there. It might not hurt to have a sweater(better yet, you can buy a nice Aran sweater in Ireland and they will keep you dry)http://www.ireland.ie/ is a website to Irish tourism and they can tell you what you need to know. If you know anyone who has been to Ireland and/or England ask them for packing tips. Have fun and think of me wishing I were with you on your travels.

I am in the same situation as you. I have no idea what the weather is like in England in June. However, you will need a converter. They sell those at Target.
