I work Full Time as an R.N.
Take 2 evening classes at college.
Am Married, with 2 active children.
I do all the cooking, and help with the cleaning. Busy, just you probably are.

The book Mindfulness in Plain English
has helped me a Great deal to relax, to have a calm, peace of mind. To be live
stress-free. I practice the techniques in this book daily. Has helped so much.

It depends on my mood. My relaxers range from belly dance (find a type of exercise that you like), surfing the web, cross-stitching, ps2, taking a hot bath, meditating, watching a movie. It's really about finding out your likes and going from there.

I either lay down and listen to music, practice guitar, just relax in a quiet place, etc.

That's what I do, but there are more things that that you can do to relax.

EDIT: go to your local gym and work out (would do this more, but don't have a driver's license yet).

I attend Yoga classes after work. I love it. It really does the trick after a hard days work.
