I think she was trying to say you are either unusually buff or unusually porky, and could cause an accident by inducing drivers to look at you instead of traffic.

Take the joke for what it was. You can be proud or embarrassed (you know what you look like). So ask her out. Ask her to go running with you -- both of you shirtless. And then see who causes the accidents.

Seriously, she paid you a huge compliment. She thinks that people would just stare at you while their car plows into the rear end of another vehicle.
It used to be said of beautiful women that they could "stop traffic".

I run shirtless all the time and have never caused an accident.
Running pantless is much more dangerous cuz ya might trip on something.
