If you want my advice ASK HIM OUT he already knows you like him so why wait any longer ask him the worst he can say is no and if he says no there are plenty of other fish in the sea

Be cool about it and ask him casually if he isn't doing anything how about the two of you hanging out together. What is the worst thing he could say but no.

if you like him, ask. you have nothing to lose if he says no (except perhaps your reputation in gossip circles), and if he says yes, you're on the gravy train. just remember that there are a ton more fish in the sea.

Before you ask him out you should try to find out if he likes you. Becuase theres nothing more embrassing then thinking someone likes you then they don't. Get one of your friends to talk 2 him and find out. If he doesn't like you, you could try to make him like you by flirting. But if he does like you, ask him out.

If you have strong feelings for him, then there should be no reason to why you shouldn't ask him out. Then again, if he knows you like him, and he hasn't asked you out....
