You sure come up with some crazy questions. Unit costs for the following:
F/A-18C/D "Hornet"
US $ 39 million
F/A-18E/F "Super Hornet"
US $ 60 million
F-15A/B/C/D/E "Eagle" (Echo version is the "Strike Eagle")
US $ 43 million
F-35 "Lightning II"
USAF variant
US $ 28 million
USMC and UKRN variant
US $ 35 million
USN variant
US $ 38 million
Goto http://www.fas.org/ and dig around. Have fun.
Note on prices: Military purchases are fixed long-term capital investments, not K-Mart Blue Light sales. Prices are fixed and the impact of demand on cost doesn't hit right away. If you're unhappy with the prices, then go dig around over at the GAO website and do your own damn research.

According to global aircraft website for F-15 it depends on the make up of the aircraft but it look like $29.9 million in 98 dollars.
For a F-18 super hornet $57 million.
With the F-35 being a new aircraft I could find no cost data.

since no one found the price for the F-35 Lightning II, i went surfing the web... and lookie what i found =]
ESTIMATED COST:
(F-35A) $45 million [2004$]
(F-35B) $60 million [2004$]
(F-35C) $55 million [2004$]

Why? are you shopping for one? you must be a defense minister of your country, honestly all those advertised price tags seems to be inaccurate, just like everything else, prices seems to get higher when demand increase,
