My dad has an ice cream truck. And i make homemade Peeps,Cookies,Ect. And i was just wondering what would i have to do to be able to sell them on his truck? Im sure we need some sort of a license for it,Im just not sure exactly which.Any info would be helpful,thanks!

Here is my 2 cents I urge you contact the city hall clerk and ask for the info. The right telephone numbers will do your job fast because, you need a license as well as the clean bill of health from the Health department. 3 places you need to go for your state license, your city license and the clean bill from the Health department. Correct me if I am wrong. But, I did this 19 years ago. Thank you

Check with your local licensing authority. I'd suggest that you also check with your Dad's insurer for the business. Should someone become sick from the product, he may be held responsible for selling it, as it is home made.
