It's most likely a buspirone 15mg tablet. Buspirone (brand name: Buspar) helps to relieve certain states of anxiety.

You can always call your local pharmacy too and have them identify it over the phone for you.

Buspirone 15mg (made by Mylan pharmaceuticals).

A guess, but I think that is the extra strenth pain reliver. The one that has the same ingreadians as tylenol.
