The whole breastfeeding myth isnt always true. It depends on the person to be honest. Regular diet and exsercise is key. Oh and how do i know it depends on the person? My friend and i had babies a month about, her first. She breastfeeds, i dont. I've lost most of my baby weight and well she hasnt.
