Seriously Hon, she will go out of her way to make sure you notice her. She'll be places where she knows you're going to be. And you'll be able to read her body language.
Since you're asking this question, it seems obvious to me that she has already indicated she wants you to make the first move....but even if she hasn't so what? Ask her out and see what happens! :)

The way she looks at you is the first clue. Most woman move a little bit closer toward you when they are with you and look you in the eye! Then it is your turn to reach out and touch her, very gently and tenderly, perhaps just holding her hand at first. It is better to go very slow, than over do it . Woman like to be seduced slowly but with lots of little acts of tenderness it know what I mean. Hope this answers your question!
