I usually have flour, eggs, and salt even when everything else is gone, plus I always have spices, so I make noodles and fry them up with spices. Also I usually have quick-cooking oats on hand so I make oatmeal. Rice and beans is another one, since I usually have rice and canned beans in the pantry.

1. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk.
2. Second choice, I put butter on bread, and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in broiler in oven. Boy, is that good. Nice and toasted.
3. Just cheese and crackers or if no cheese, just crackers.
