This is a 2 question post..

Q1) I cant sleep at night no matter what i do, its annoying the hell out of me >.< I usually end up sleeping around 2-3 in the morning and i have to get up at 7:30 for school. I've tried countin backwards from 1000 in 3's and concentrating on breathin in through nose out through mouth etc. Any tips or tricks?

Q2) I get stressed/angry easily (mainly cause of my EXTREMELEY annoying friend >.>) how can i releive my stress? I cant punch anything cause i break it (yes even a pillow and a wall) and i cant make alot of noise. I do have a hobby (drawing) which i thought would releive stress, instead it just gets me even angrier if i dont end up drawing what i expected (im very hard on myself on these things) talking to friends dont help since i usually end up scaring them XD And im very rude when im angry though i try not to, so i try to be extremely nice when im angry. Long story. But any tips on stress releif?

Find another hobby that you can emerse yourself into. Refinish furniture, exercise, something that you can get into and not have any thoughts except for what is right in front of you.
Do you live on your own? If so, get up and start cleaning when you can't sleep, pop in a movie (while laying in bed), read a book. These things help me and I think they can help you too.

Good Luck!

We build up stress in our bodies. The stress HAS to be released. You release this stress by doing aerobics. The easiest and most effective way to relieve all this stress is to do Jumping Jacks. Do a few before you go to bed, and again when you wake up. In a few days, you will fall asleep immediately, sleep all night, and be a lot happier with life afterwards. Try to work toward a daily goal of 100 jumping jacks.

PS I am 54 years old and I can do 100 jumping jacks! How many can you do?

Your insomnia is absolutely stress related. I have had similar problems due to a high stress job. You need to relax in the evening for several hours before going to sleep. I even drink warm milk sometimes. Make the room very cold and try NOT to think too much about sleep. I think about something very relaxing like painting or swimming...GOOD LUCK!

I think it is best for you to do Yoga. I kind a have the same problem. Maybe you should do stresses and stay away from the guy as far as you can. If you play Nation ball try to hit him with the ball but don't be too competitive.

About sleeping....from 12 years being an insomniac, here is my advice:
NO carbohidrates/grease in the dinner
Warm baths before going to bed
Have a 'ritual', for example make sure you always get ready to go to bed in the same order (pajamas, brushing teeth, etc...) and last about the same time (thatwise you prepare your brain for sleeping)
Take Gingseng tea
If you are thinking about something, write it down in a pad.

For stress/anger:
There is this Swiss Enterprise, Just, that makes Oils from different plants. You can ask for them to help you chosse an Oil (I was reccomended Oil '31') and then you just rub a little on your head when you are angry (or even insomniac) and it works. http://www.justuk.net/just/pages/just_about.php

Try having warm milk and a Turkey sandwhich for dinner. The chemicals in each may help you sleep. Also get rid of your friend.

Learn how to meditate ~~~ it takes a little practice but it WORKS!!!

Instead of counting ~~~ form a sentence in your mind and spell it backwards. Don't forget commas and capital letters if necessary.

(or) pick a beautiful place and build a cabin in your mind ~~~ complete with furnishings. It doesn't have to be the same every night ~~~ use your imagination.

Good Luck.

Why would you let this person make you so angry?

Get rid of this ANNOYING person. If you don't then you must like being annoyed and angry.
