I have a bf, but whenever we talk on the phone (usually not oftend) it's silent and he neer says anything Im the one always saying stuff I feel that he thinks im boring and im like talking to a wall the whole time. Is it natural? Please help!

Sometimes people/guys just don't like talking on the phone, I know first hand that whenever my girlfriend called me and I wasn't in the mood to talk or I knew it would be awkward silence I told her that I'm not really feeling good and I didn't want to speak much, but then we started texting eachother and it basically evened itself out.
Basically I'm saying, don't freak out. Most guys aren't that talkative on the phone while some you can' shut the hell up.

How long have the two of you been together? If it hasn't been long, like a week or two, then don't worry yet. Talking to my b/f was like having a conversation with a rock the first weeks we were together...now he won't shut up!
Also, some people just aren't as comfortable talking over the phone...he might find it awkward or be thinking too hard about what to say.

Could be that hes just not a phone person. I tend to not talk much on the phone or even if i am talkative that day for whatever reason, by 10 minutes or so either we meet up somewhere or hang up the phone.

Well holly, girls, women, are usually doing most of the talking! :)
But really that shouldn't stop the guys, men, from talking too. You should ask him, just casually ask him, phone or person. This sounds nartual though!

there are times when its really silent with talking with my boyfriend. He said he hated it, and felt like he should only call if he has something to say, says he hates awkward silences. I told him they aren't awkward, just silent....doesn't mean I dont want to talk to him, I love to know that he's on the other end, you know? He's your boyfriend though, so ask him what he thinks about it.
I had one boyfriend who hated talking on the phone, so we didn't.

oh, yeah. try to think of this: while a friend speaks to you, pick out every tenth word to listen to. Thats about how much guys listen to what we say. They put in an occaisional "Hmm" or "oh" or "uh-huh" and figure we don't know that they aren't listening. Next time, ask him a question related to the content of what you were saying to him moments prior. See if he can answer if he can, he was listening. Most of the time, i have found, they tune-out

That is a scientific fact, so I'm not just pulling that outta my azz.
It could also be that maybe you two really don't have much in common.
