my daughter is 13 and we caught her in bed with a 38 year old man..when we walked in he was on top of her and they were both naked...she told me to get out!! and he threw a tennis shoe at me.It's my house.My daughter said for me to get out!!...what do i do?

But let's pretend you left your 13 year old daughter to be molested and raped while you logged onto Y to ask strangers what you should do to protect your own child...You call the police, Mother of the Year! Now. Stop trying to think, you are not good at it, call the police.

I say talk this over with your daughter. see why, when and how this happened. You're the parent. it is your haouse, your rules. go online and find child molesters in your area. if you didn't see him, watch out for your daughter. if you think it's major enough, which i think it is, call the police. make sure you talk with your daughter though. While there may be nothing the police can do, remember that you still have to report this as an offense, against the man.

Oh my God!!!! I can't believe you are writing in this forum to get an answer for something like this! This man would be on a scrap heap and ready for embalming had it been my daughter - My God! It's not time to be scared - you have the responsibility to protect your daughter. This is probably not the first time your daughter has been involved. You are not watching these signs. And on top of that - she is in control if she didn't have enough respect for your authority as her mother than to ask you "to get out" (of your own house!) and to have this animal throw something at you? You are late Mom - he needs to be locked up, in jail behind bars, and she should be in counseling or in Juevy so that someone can help her get her mind right. Mom, you know what to do -get on it.,

First off knock the guy over the head with a baseball bat and pull him into a closet and shove a dresser in front of it so he can't get out. Second call the police and press rape charges against the guy. Third pack your daughter up and send her to boarding school for the rest of her school life.

Call the police, he needs to be in jail............. If you dont press charges DCFS can actually charge you with neglect. Its your home and you have a right to say what goes on...... YOUR DAUGHTER should not be having sex , and the man is a molester.

Ground her ***! Report the man. He is way to old for her! You really need to sit her down and really talk to her. There are other alternatives out there too if she wont straighten out. I am almost 20 years old and was a fast paced teenager that my mom couldn't control if it wasn't for my mom and the help of a probation officer I wouldn't have opened my eyes to what I was doing and who I was hurting. Especially hurting myself. Just talk to her is all I can say right now. And good luck to you!

Send her to Military school. This is her future and you need to give her to someone that has no problems teaching her respect.
If you don't have the money to send her to Military school, take her on the Montel Williams show and get them to pay for it.
By the way, do this after you call the cops on the child molester.

First of all your daughter shouldn't talk to you that way! Both of them needs their @$$es beat! But it would be better if you call the police on the man and put her @$$ in boot camp and on birth control!
