It hurts so bad! I am 13 and my stomache isn't hungry and it feels so full! it is awful and it feels like my pants are too tight but i am wearing PJ sweats and they are too big on me..any medicine to make the pain stop? I have never had any stomache problems other than an ovarian cyst.

yeah it might be my period but i usually don't feel this way before my periods
