Based on one of the modern senses of the meaning, one could call them Pagan.

Currently, there are a few definitions for one who is Pagan (modern sense):

- One who follows Traditional Religions
- One who is Polytheistic
- One who follows Wicca
- One who follows Reconstructionist Religions
- One who follows a blend of any of the above

Triforce is correct - Shamanistic. For a broader term, pagan, as they worshipped the forces of nature and revered projected gods of their culture.
