I really am curious about this, I pray alot "in my head" and my Prayers never seem to be answered...Is it because I am not Praying outloud?

No. God knows everything even what your thinking about right now. that doesnt mean that we shouldnt pray but you can pray in any language and you can pray whenever. you dont have to be kneeling. you can be driving, taking a test, sky diving any thing!. and no, in the Bible it even says for us to pray in our closet. so....i guess that means you can pray silent and outloud. i pray silent most times. And you should saym,"and i pray this in Jesus' name, amen" or something like that, that means in His name. hoped that helped : )

No, it has nothing to do with praying silently. There are several things that might help you to understand why you are not seeing your prayers answered. First of all, our prayers must be in harmony with God's will. Second, God's time is different than our time. Third, Jesus is the only mediator between God and man. All prayers must be directed to God through Jesus. Fourth, if you are not acting in harmony with your prayers, God will turn a deaf ear to you (For example, asking God to make sure you don't get lung cancer as you light up another cigarrette). Fifth, sometimes the answer is no--God has something better in mind for you. Hope these things help you figure out what the problem is

Paying out loud is not the problem. Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

however, there are conditions for answered prayer such as :
Hindrances to Answered Prayer - Take This Spiritual Inventory A. Are you saved (Prov 15:29)? B. How is your confidence in God's sufficiency - are you uncertain, or hesitant about what you are praying for (James 1:6,7)? If so, you are hindering it. C. Do you have an unforgiving attitude (Mark 11:25,26)? D. Is there any unconfessed sin in your life that you won't let go of (Ps 66:18)? E. Are you asking , for the wrong things, James 4:3? Do you have only selfish reasons for praying and not for others? F. Do you have improper relationships with others (1 Pet 3:7; Eph 4:26). 1. Like being angry with your mate, children, co-workers, or your boss 2. Like being out of fellowship with your pastor, or with other Christians G. Is your life over-scheduled - is your time prioritized, putting God first? If not, God feels no obligation to answer your prayers right away! H. Are you lazy? Not making the effort; and doing everything else but pray!

When you pray, it's not only talking to God, you are communicating with him. It doesn't matter if you're praying out loud or inside, it just matters if your heart is saying the same thing too. God knows every thought of yours. He has a plan for everybody. Maybe he isn't doing what you asked him to do in your prayers because he wants to do something else in the future. Hope this helped. God bless you. :]

I can guarentee an answer to your prayers, if you stand and say them VERY loudly.

The places to do this are in libraries; houses of worship during surmons; while taking off all your clothes in a police station.

Seriously, that is what is called by psychologists "magical thinking"; you are looking for a formula to guarentee wish granting.

Actual prayer needs no exhibitionism, no audience; that's posturing in front of others rather than talking and or listening to the Divine. Maybe you are getting answers. Maybe the answers to your specific requests have been "no."

First off for God to hear your prayers you must be saved unless it is a prayer seeking salvation. Yes he does hear the prayers of believers even tho they are not verbal. Does He answer all prayers? He answers in His time and what is best for you.Be sure you have established a relationship with Him through His Son. Jesus said "I am the Way the Truth and the Life, no man comes to the Father except through me"

You are supposed to pray out loud except for those times when circumstances don't permit it. Then in those cases you should have already built up a "prayer reservoir" so that your silent prayer can make the difference like it did for Nehemiah

Nehemiah 1: 3 And they said to me, "The remnant there in the province who had survived the exile is in great trouble and shame. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates are destroyed by fire." 4 As soon as I heard these words I sat down and wept and mourned for days, and I continued fasting and praying before the God of heaven.

Nehemiah 2:1-8 In the month of Nisan, in the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when wine was before him, I took up the wine and gave it to the king. Now I had not been sad in his presence.

And the king said to me, "Why is your face sad, seeing you are not sick? This is nothing but sadness of the heart."

Then I was very much afraid. I said to the king, "Let the king live forever! Why should not my face be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' graves, lies in ruins, and its gates have been destroyed by fire?"

Then the king said to me, "What are you requesting?"

So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said to the king, "If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers' graves, that I may rebuild it."

And the king said to me (the queen sitting beside him), "How long will you be gone, and when will you return?"

So it pleased the king to send me when I had given him a time. And I said to the king, "If it pleases the king, let letters be given me to the governors of the province Beyond the River, that they may let me pass through until I come to Judah, and a letter to Asaph, the keeper of the king's forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the fortress of the temple, and for the wall of the city, and for the house that I shall occupy." And the king granted me what I asked, for the good hand of my God was upon me.

Your prayers are answered but the answer is "no" or "not yet."

You don't have to pray outloud for prayers to be answered with a "yes."

your prayers aren't answered probably because that's all you are doing to have things happen. For the gods' sakes, go out and DO something. Praying to a singular god (which, by the way, won't help you) will not get your "prayers" answered. Especially for something like world peace or whatever. If it's a material possesion, go get a job and buy it. If it's love, go find a way to get a date.
Other than that, you're a worthless peice of space on this page, so go be your pointless self somewhere else.

Of course not.. He knows your heart and what you ask Him to do for you...He hears anything you say... even if you don't say it out loud...
The Bible says to believe with ALL of your heart...
So trust Him that He will answer you, even though it may seem like He's never answering you.. perhaps its not time yet .. His timing is PERFECT.. how great is that huh!.. So when you pray just believe and trust that God will do it for you..
Keep positive
Peace and Love to you
Blessings
