Yes it is easy. People no longer know how to interact because of TV, Walkmans, ipods, and PC. People skills are no longer required, it is easy to care for someone and never know how to tell them.

Be funny, be too smart and be the most pacient. It's my clue to have chat almost anywhere. Have a topic "natural" ( something recent ideas to follow on a light conversation from the tv or "diary life"...) After 3 minutes you should know where to move, if don´t get her atention quick or the first laugh... be honest,
