can her the sound more after i make a right turn.
can't her it when not in gear.

If it is a grating noise and goes faster as your vehicle does, it may be wheel bearings. If it does not speed up, it could even be a tie rod.

Most likely it's your exhaust system.
May also be any kind of heat shield on the bottom of the car.
You really should be more specific as to where it's coming from, any related symptoms...
This is not car audio related, unless your radio is the problem.

possible broken engine mount with engine lifting on acceleration and the engine fan hitting (rubbing) the radiator fan shroud.
