Unfavorable: Are you in the "heartand"? If so, then you have to worry about tornados.

If you live on the west coast, earthquakes. Coastal areas, hurricanes.

Mountains, Landslides, snow.

Big Cities, every item has to be shipped in and out. What do you do in the event of a disaster where trucking routes are cut off?

Favorable: Location, location, location
