I'm just wondering if there's anyone else out there who does that.

I personally say no and don't tell them how, because I don't want to be blamed by anybody for "sending their soul into the fiery pits of Hell".

This was a question for Pagans or people with open-minds.

If you are not one of those people, then feel free to avoid this question. Really, I insist it.

When someone does a spell for themselves, they know exactly what the intent of the spell is because it's personal; like a prayer. If you're doing a spell for someone else, you can never be 100% sure if their intent is honest and noble. I wouldn't want to be associated with someone else's negativity. The only energy that I can be sure of is my own.

I tell them no because they don't know the consequences with doing a spell. There are rules to be followed and if you don't observe them, karma has a way of catching up. Usually they leave after the no part but if they get far enough, I explain to them what happens when you do do a spell. Those are the ones that are open-minded and I don't mind those Christians.

No. I am charged by my Gods to answer all questions put before me honestly and to help when it is within my power to do so. Since Hell is irrelevant for me, I have no problems being blamed for a descent. Especially since nobody would have any reasonable claim to complaining about their afterlife till after they're dead and dead people don't bother me.

Besides, Pagans are not the only people who do magic. Wicca-type spells and rituals have their roots in Abrahamic magical practices and are absolutely suitable for use by Christians. Since I'm Neo-Hellenic, my methods would make absolutely no sense to them whatsoever anyway.

Depends on the person asking and depends on what it is for. I do not see anything wrong with doing magic for someone else provided they are the ones who requested it. Obviously if I had a devout Christian ask me to do a spell on them, I'd be a might be suspicious of the whole thing.

I don't particularly do spells for anybody, so I'm probably just going to tell them that. If they're truly serious about finding out how to do them, I can give a few pointers, or suggest a few sources, but that's about as far as I'll go. What they do with that is up to them - grown adults are able to make their own decisions.

First I would ask myself if the Christian in question would endorse such behavior. If they ask for spiritual or such related assistance, then they should likely observe it themselves, in other words, practice what they preach, and if they do not, then they are being untrue to themselves and to you, being hypocrytical. I know of Christians who have their tarot cards read for them by pagans, but who would not do it themselves, because then it would be wrong. It doesn't make much sense to me because it's a twisted justification. But if they are okay with it, and they seem to be if they would ask in the first place, then no harm done. And as far as taking the blame, you're only providing information to someone else. What they do with that information is of their own conscience.

I direct them to Books a Million and tell them to check out the New Age section if they are really interested in casting spells. I don't blame you for saying, "no". I do the same.

i would say no, becausespell are not meet for anyone but you personal use. The best out come for a spell is when you do it yourself. It's kinda like a prayer. You wouldn't ask someone else to pray for you, and then set back and watch.

I wouldn't say no. I have a very close friend that is Christian and he has asked me to do several works for him. Open-mindedness is the key, if you don't respect others, how can you expect to be respected yourself? Although I may do a spell for someone, I don't usually explain to others how it is done. It is for them to find. Not for me to force upon them.

You are right in refusing them, but also be open to the fact that some ppl may wish to "convert", which is thier own choice, pointing them in the right direction for advise might not be a bad idea
