He knows i liked him, he gave me all this signs he likes me. But then the next thing you know, he ask out this other girl! But when ever he sees me, he keeps looking at me, what is that supposed to mean? Does he like me or is he just playing games with me?
P.S= Before he ask out this other girl he gave me the signs he likes me...................................I don't talk to him...I am to SHY!!!!!

well if you guys don't talk you will never know. How does he know you like him? Did you tell him? Or are you just assuming? He might like you so do a little test. When you see him say, "whats up _____?" and smile big. make sure you look him in the eye. (check out his reaction)
if you are shy like me you wont be able to ask him out so...buy some food that you can share with all the people around you like donuts or pizza. Go straight up to him and say, "Hey ________ you want some pizza? It's really good." Make sure you smile. If he says "no" then tell him "okay but if you get hungry just let me know" wink and walk away. How can he play games if you don't talk? If he was a player and liked you, you would already know.

Kinda hard. He can't keep staring at you, if you are not on his mind. The problem here is; he likes you no doubt, and he knows his chances are slim with you that is why he looked for someone who is his level. Forget him. Too late now, get into someone else and see how he reacts to it.

He is probably trying to make you jealous and he probably has a crush on you. But he is to embarrassed to ask you out.
