Alright, first off, sorry for that title, I just wanted some extra answers, so I threw in an interesting title. Hope you can forgive me.
Anyway, a girl is talking to me online and says she wants to sit with me and talk at the next time she sees me (at a meeting for a youth sort of thing) does that mean anything?
P.S. Last time I asked this question people thought I was meeting a random person online. I am not, we already met before, but we don't know eachother a bunch. I guess you could say we are sort of getting to know one another.

Meeting people online is perfectly fine. Hey, that rhymed, but that's not why you should believe me.
As long as it's not random, then go for it. Besides, everyone's values are different. Some people think these "meeting sprees" are acceptable. I, on the other hand, think that it's best to get to know the person first.
It also depends on your age. I wouldn't recommend it for kids. You seem mature enough (but I don't really know how old you are). I met one person that I knew online, but then again I'm 20 years old and we each had one of those elaborate online profiles. I talked to him online for a while before meeting him. We ended up going out for 7 months and I have no regrets. You're also a guy, so there's less risk. Still, you never know who's out there. It's best to do it in a group and when you have that maturity factor.
You're already on the right track because you're getting to know her before you make a move. That's the best thing you can do. And it's a lot safer.

the question is that if it means something for me that a girl wants to sit with U to talk next time you meet? well, it means to me she wants to know you better, that will be my answer...

Well it depends of what she wants to talk about or for what she wants to sit next to you. Maybe she wants to ask you out or something...YOu never know is the best i recommend is to ask her for what!!!! Then you can go meet her(maybe). Well bye hope that will help....!!!!!
