I've gotten the impression on another forum that there are yogis out there that think it might be. I've asked this before, but I'd like some more opinions.

i in my view think of actual discomfort is worse, as strange because it sounds. you may drown out emotional discomfort with keeping busy or doing issues which you delight in, or greater pathological methods including ingesting or danger taking, yet with actual discomfort you're variety of screwed and it rather is insufferable specifically situations. think of of it this manner. As sucky as funerals are, i don't think of the people there are suffering as a lot because of the fact the people at Guantanamo Bay. it rather is to not say I wouldnt take a bullet for people i like because of the fact i might. yet it rather is yet another factor approximately actual discomfort, it consumes a individual so as that they are able to't concentration on something. even once I unquestionably have a rather gentle sinus headache, it makes it impossible to delight in something, even the corporation of folk i like.

If you're goal is to exercise, where do you do it? at the gym? OF course it's ok there...
Hard to picture exactly what you mean or where???
If you do so and see adverse reactions or comments then you'll know otherwise who is it disturbing and why would you want to exercise at inappropriate places anyway?
