i want to become a catholic member .. im now member of the lutherian church

You do not have to be re-baptized to enter the Catholic church. Lutheran baptisms are valid.

Just show your baptismal record to the RCIA class leader, or a religious, usually a nun and they'll copy it and return it to you.

Youre the man, you have the say. Dont you have a church you go to? She should be baptized at your church because baby baptism means nothing. There was no repentance or choice to chose God in baby baptism. Go see your pastor. You seem like a fake Christian anyway who doesnt even know what the bible says about marriage. Go see your pastor for consultation.

No you only need to be baptized once in your life. Do you have your baptismal certificate?

your baptism is recognized by the Catholic church...it won't be an issue.

Yes, you have to be baptised again. But before that you have to attend an RCIA class. See your parish for details.
