My doctor gave me prescription for Nasonex. It has worked wonders for me. :)

For me, pills take too long (even those tablets that claim they are "fast-acting). Nasal sprays seem much more efficient. The kind I use is NasalCrom. It's cheap and effective.

Also, if your allergies make your eyes itchy, those Visine tear drops that are specially made for "alergy eyes" work really well to stop the itching. If your eyes are still a problem, try putting a cold, wet towel over your eyes.

A family member of mine had allergies starting in January thru April every single year. Acted like a cold on his throat and sinuses.

He installed a whole house Electrostatic Filter that removes dust, mold, mildew, pollen, viruses, bacteria, smoke, odor just to name a few. I know the unit is Carrier and installs on the furnace and costs about $700 or so.

well stay away from flowers and anything blooming or take some allergy pills or if you want to take something natural try ALJ

i use nasalcrom and alavert everyday and it helps keep my symptoms away
