because at the rate Human beings are wiping out animals on the planet, soon we will only have domesticated animals left like cows pigs dogs cats etc... Is that part of Gods plan ?

You're a smart thinker to ask such a question.
Don't worry! It's not God's plan to watch his planet get destroyed. He will step in and clean the mess we make before it is too late. That's his plan to destroy those ruining the earth. You'll get to see it too.

Over the several billion years this planet has been around, 98% of species that have existed have gone extinct, most long before man was even around.

No. But well-phrased question. :-) Humanity *needs* to take responsibility for destruction of wildlife, ecological systems and the atmosphere. There is no God, and therefore no plan. It's up to *us* to clean up after ourselves and not pass this off to any non-existent, fictitious or supernatural entity.
