Because the devil wants to get as much people as he can get to join him in hell. But whatever you do, don't fall into his trap and be decieved like the world is. Resist temptation and follow God's way. But don't worry, if you do give in to temptation and do sin. I'll have you know that God is a merciful God and he will forgive you.

In life there are difficulties. We all have to deal with people that make us mad. If you think you are being tested by someone, study harder. Understand, that when someone does something that makes you mad, they're probably not trying to make you mad. When someone does something you don't like, think about why they did this. What made them do this. How were they raised? Maybe they were just having a bad day. Maybe they were angry with someone else and you got caught in it. There are reasons for almost everything someone does. It doesn't make what they do right. Like you wanting to egg someone's car after they make you mad.The reason you want to do that is because they made you mad. When you feel yourself getting hurt by someone or mad at someone think about why they have done this. Trust me, it makes it easier, and you can open yourself up to this person and try to help them with their hurt and anger that is getting them too. To be a child of God takes patience and understanding and love. Work at it.

When you become a Christian it's like putting on a military uniform and going to battle. You've told the Devil that you are no longer his servant and are going to fight for the Kingdom of Christ here on earth.
Obviously, he doesn't like that because he knows that he has limited time before he goes off to the Lake of Fire. Whenever you promote God's Kingdom here on earth the Devil's countdown clock takes another tick.
Romans 11:25 Lest you be wise in your own conceits, I want you to understand this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, "The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob";
When the fullness of the gentiles has come in, Jesus is coming back.
Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world--he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. 11 And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. 12 Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!"
As a Christian you need to humble your self and submit to God in your daily life, then the Devil will flee from you.
James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble." 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

it's God trying to test you, not the devil. The devil wants to tempt you into turning from God
