I'm sorry to say, but no one here on Yahoo! Answers are doctors. Yeah, we might have some knowledge, but when you can't explain something unfamiliar with your body, how can we? The best answer, even though its probably a long drive, go to your doctor. No one can say why or how, we don't know if it really is acne or not. So please, don't take anyone's advice on "what it could be"- go to the doctors.

I used to have really bad acne for a while, and was prescribed onto lots of different drugs. At first none of the antibiotics I was prescribed worked (or worked for very little time and it got worse again). I was also put on various skin washes, including Duac (which i still have to use occasionally) and Zineryt. After many years I was eventually put Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) which at first I was very worried about, as there are some supposed cases of suicide in America (though it may be a little difficult to prove that it was the drugs that caused it surely...). Yeah, the drugs have other bad side effects, like very dry skin, lips and eyes, and I also suffered (and still suffer a bit) from night blindness. But they definitely do work, and I now haven't suffered properly from acne for about 3 years. Don't give up on treatment, they will go away eventually! Luckily I was never bullied because of my acne, but definitely can sympathise with the difficulty in socialising. Also acne is caused by a hormonal imbalance (you have too much testosterone!) and therefore diet does not have any influence on acne (but may have a small effect with spots from greasy skin). So you can eat as much rubbish as you want, as it makes no difference!

what shows up in your face tend to be a sign of your health. your face is usually the first area that the impurities in your body emerges itself on. when you eat poor quality food and not eliminate well, your body gets stagnated. the liver gets overloaded in its work to clean itself of the chemicals and waste that is a result from having a poor diet. when there is too many debris in your system, the other way of getting rid of them is through your skin which can result in pimples.
you might try a salicylic acid based cleanser on your body.
sweat clogs pores which lead to breakouts..i don't know if you wear hats or anything but that could be causing some of the problem. shower daily, especially after you have been sweating. after your shower, follow up with an alpha hydroxy acid based body moisturizer. alpha hydroxy helps to exfoliate skin and halt breakouts, without drying. at night treat body acne just like facial acne. apply an acne medicated gel on affected body parts.
try clinique acne solutions emergency gel lotion, you can get it at the clinique counter in most department stores. also, bioelements (bioelements.com) has some great cleansers that might help you too.
good luck!
