you mean if im too shy to make a move? well im very very super can't even describe how shy i am, so when i have a crush on a guy i just look at him a lot. if the guy seems interested in me im able to make the first move but if he doesn't seem interested i don't do any thing, wait for him to do it.

I would step up my game. Sometimes you just have to take risks with guys that you think might be worthwhile. I never used to be very outgoing when it came to approaching guys, but then I started to like this really shy boy and knew that I had no chance with him unless I approached him and let him get to know me as a person. It's definitely not a good idea to lay back and do nothing...someone could easily snatch up the boy!

Well you have to at least let the girl have some kind of clue that you like her. If not she is not going to have any idea that you are even interested. If it was me and I liked a guy, I wouldn't want to tell him myself, but I would tell my friends because it would eventually get back around to him. If I had a clue that he liked me I would let him know that i liked him, if I did. Then, once we got to know each other, I might would ask him to the movies.
In my opinion it really all depends on the guy and the girl.

no matter how shy a guy is i dont make the move. most girls dont roll like that and im one of them.

or go up to him and give hints such as...
smile at him alot
talk more to him than normal
and stuff like that
