I have a bf that I've been dating for a while, everything isn't flowers and chocolate, but at least we've managed to stay together with our ups and downs. Recently i've notice a change in attitude, he's always complaining about what I wear, saying my shoes look cheap, that people are going to think that he dresses me like that. First of all, I dress perfectly fine...I don't always wear "expensive name brands" but it is nice clothes. Before this conversation we had, I noticed he was walking in front of me, not holding my hand. I don't know what is going on. I truly believe that there is no love, expensive clothes does not make you who you are. I'm worried about school, work and paying off my bills. Its not like a dress like a rag, no one has ever said this to me.

I think that he is getting a little caught up on what's important in life! I believe you're probably dressing wonderfully, and your wise in your decisions to not buy expensive clothing!! Why buy something expensive when you can get the same thing at wal mart but cheaper!!! I think you might want to examine your relationship with him, he should be supporting you, and saying your beautiful, not criticizing you and walking in front of you and not with you!! Good luck!!!

OMG dump this @sshole! You need to tell that loser what you just said here. He's a shallow, high maintenanced, superficial jerk and wants you to wear the most expensive brands, which in his mind thinks that it makes him look better knowing he's with a rich gf. This is not an aceptable behavior for anyone because nobody should tell you what to wear! So, move on, you can get better guys than him.

I think brands are nothing but just a logo. Ive seen many cheap clothes with no brands that are the same exact thing as those expensive branded clothes. And you cant even tell the difference! I think any peson can look good no matter what they wear, as long as they know what suits their bodies and looks.

No. maximum men positioned on "wifebeaters" lower than their gown shirts, yet if you find yourself questioning about destiny abuse, there should be extra of a reason except the shape of undershirts he wears
