Have you seen the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit that has been touring the country? It shows the original writings of the Old Testament and how accurate the Bible is to these originals. The book of Mormon was made-up by Joseph Smith and was not based on the Bible or the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic texts of the Bible. The Koran is a collection of works written by Mohammad and complied by his uncle and followers and is loosely based on the stories he learned about Christianity from his mother's brother who was Christian. So the 66 books of the Bible are the only, truly inspired Word of God. The other books are man made.

Definitely Quran. You can check with the oldest Quran you can find in the world, yet you will never find any difference with the Quran you find today. God has promised to preserve it.
[15:9] Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder, and, absolutely, we will preserve it.
[56:77-80] This is an honorable Quran. In a protected book. None can grasp it except the sincere. A revelation from the Lord of the universe.
[85:21-22] Indeed, it is a glorious Quran. In a preserved master tablet.
Blessed above was definitely not blessed with intelligence.
How could Muhammad have written it when he was illiterate.

Accuracy by whose standards? The Bible is the only book that has stood the test of time, the Bible is the only book to have as many copious numbers of Manuscripts. No other book can offer ageless wisdom. Pick up a copy and read it for yourself.

The Qur'an has not been modified since its revelation. The Qur'an I own is the same text that you find on the oldest qur'anic scripts you can find on earth. This is one of the miracles of the qur'an. Every christian knows that the Bible has many versions and has been and is still being altered since it was compiled.
Also, the holy books do not contradict each other, they are better versions of those before them. All prophets came with the same message of warning for their own people, to help them join or recatch the right path. The last message from God was given to Muhammad and to all humankind.

The book of mormon and the bible do not contradict each other and they are both true and correct. I would say that the book of mormon is the most true from the original document(or engraved plates) however.

Actually the most accurate is the Book of Mormon. This record was translated by Joseph Smith and was untouched by any other hands except those of the 12 people who inspected the gold plates that Joseph Smith translated the book of Mormon from.
