What is 3-Way Calling?
3-Way Calling lets you add another caller to an existing conversation, partway through the call. Simply depress your "flash" button or tap the switch hook while you are on your original call, wait for the dial tone, and place the call to the third person. When that person answers, depress "flash" or tap the switch hook a second time, and the three of you are on the call together. If you want to drop the new call (for example, if you get a busy signal or an answering machine), press the flash button or tap the switch hook twice, and you will be returned to the original call.
Once you hang up from a 3-Way call, the other two parties will also be disconnected (of course, either of them can hang up and you will still be on the phone with the other).
3-Way Calling is always on. There are no settings to change on the Web or from your phone. It is an included feature available to you at no extra charge (beyond standard calling charges for any long distance, local toll, or international calls you add).
